I’m facing a GMC disapproval issue and I’m not sure what else to do. I’ve made several changes based on the instructions provided, but I’m not confident in those adjustments. I’ve sent more than five emails to Google Support, but I keep receiving the same generic responses with no clear solutions. I’ve also tried reaching out via chat, but it feels like they make it difficult to have a direct conversation with someone.

Hi @Spherelle 👋 When you have these issues always think through the amount of detail and effort someone would have to take.
And the simple presteps you can take:
Search forums GMC Misrepresentation and try to find a matching pattern to your issues:
Shopify is not google, no one here can intervene or get google support to explain themselves, nor can they identify a third parties issues with a product line by just looking at a website/channel frontend.
DRASTICALLY deeper info is required.
Which would make it go from a bit of courtesy work in a forum post to a job.
Also ee the partners directory and hire an Expert to dig into the problem.
