Good CPC but 0 visit on my website

hi, i have launch my ads but i dont understand, i have spend 37$ and have an CPC of 0,74$ but on my website i have only 4 visit (The Pixel is good, and also the link website)

Hi, the problem is not about the ads or audience because i have an good CPC so people click in the link of my website but i dont have traffic, so i think there are an problem with my website shopify
