All things Shopify and commerce
About a month ago my company's Google Ad was disapproved because of "malicious malware" their scans have picked up on our Shopify Site https://sirenmarine.com.
The below links are the scripts they're finding:
https://100widgets.com/js_data.php?id=278
https://100widgets.com/stat.js.php
I have searched through my theme files, I've opened up every page on my site and searched the source code of each one to find these scripts and couldn't find anything. I reached out to Shopify Support and they also verified that they can't find those scripts on their end. They suggested running some malware scans using Malware Bytes and the scan came up with nothing. My colleagues have used other malware scanning applications, and those couldn't pick anything up either. Google Ads Support is offering no information as to where these scripts can be found on my site and Shopify Support is saying there's nothing they can do until we find where those links are located.
I feel like I've just been running around in circles.I've seen multiple posts similar to this and there never seems to be a final solution. Is there any advice that can be offered?
I have the same issue, just not those same links. Did you ever find the cause?
Hi, yes I was actually able to get this resolved. We escalated the issue with Google support and we were able to get in contact with a rep who initiated a manual review of the site to which they determined they could not find those links.
Hi, We also got the same problem, and we have checked our site from google search console, they don't report any problem, our website is https://www.xinghaoya.net/, so any Shopify official member can help us with it? thanks
