Why isn't Google Analytics working with my online store?

I've setup shop, however I am part of the google analytics program and it doesn't seem to work with your system (doesn't recognize the js as being there). I actually have a spare invitation so if the Shopify admins need an invitation code please bug me. Thanks. Team Discordserverlist
