How / When do my products automatically sync to Google Shopping?
I know that ALL of my products have to sync to Google Shopping at least every 30 days, to avoid the Feed getting disabled, as per Google's Policy.
But WHAT data has to be synced every time? Does it only send the product price, and whether the product is still ACTIVE or not?
Or does it re-sync EVERYTHING, including the product title (even if there have been NO CHANGES to the product???)
My main concern is THIS:
I have many products that I have already created (and that have been successfully synced to my Google Merchant Account / Google Shopping).
BUT... I want to Manually Edit and change a lot of my Product Titles individually, for Google Shopping, Directly through my Google Merchant Center Account.
I am afraid that if I change them directly through my Google Merchant Account, that they will eventually get changed back by Shopify, when the auto-sync happens.
Will this be the case? Or does it not Auto-Sync the Product title UNLESS I make changes to my actual Product Page directly through the Shopify Editor????
I have it set up so that Shopify uses the "SEO Title" for the Product Title in Google Shopping.
But even if I do it that way, will the Product Title still get changed by automatically, when the Auto-Sync happens from Shopify (the auto-sync that keeps the Feed fresh so that it doesn't expire every 30 days).
???
Any info on this would be GREATLY appreciated (especially since it is VERY important to be able to MANUALLY Edit product titles for Google Shopping, And have those changes actually STICK, and not be changed back!)

This is an accepted solution.
It depends on the system you are using.
If for example you use Google Channel, they only sync when there is a product change.
If for example you use https://apps.shopify.com/multiple-google-shopping-feeds it syncs every day + whenever you make changes to the settings of the app.
Any data submitted will count towards a product update. For example Content API will only sync what changed, while TSV or XML files will sync everything.
Manually edited content using the editor in GMC will not be overwritten.
Unless the product is removed and then added again, the edits will disappear.

Awesome!
Thank you for the insight!
