All things Shopify and commerce
Hello Everyone
I have noticed since around 7 hours ago that the options in the google fields are empty (image below)
i see only a "-" instead of options and there is no save button
anyone else facing this issue? is tehre a fix?
Same with me! Also, all the already filled-out fields on older products are empty. They are visible in the bulk editor, so I guess it is a glitch.
You mean the bulk editor of shopify or are you using a bulk editing app?
Bulk editor in Shopify, Google sales channel, manage products
I recommend not making changes, maybe the data is still submitted to Google Merchant Center.
And the issue you see is localized in Shopify only. I recommend you contact Shopify support and report the issue.
We too. There is something bad with google channel app from shopify and google. Data is not correctly syncing, we still have errors about GTIN in google merchant.
Shopify experts? Please help us, now GOOGLE SALES CHANNEL is totally useless, data is not synced, or even worse! bad synced!!!!
My expert advice, use a pro tool such as: https://apps.shopify.com/multiple-google-shopping-feeds
I have been using this for a long time now, and they are integrating new advanced tools all the time.
It's also user friendly if you don't want any advanced setup, just follow the guided steps.
Sorry, Google Sales Channel is something that Shopify includes in their ads, publicity, documentation... we dont want to pay more, we need shopify to solve this big problem.
I understand, in that case your only option is to contact Shopify support to look into the issue.
Of course I have done, thanks, but I think that also several posts here will show visibility for other users that are getting crazy with this BIG problem. Please wait for other users replies or Expert contribution, thanks
