Hi Shopify Community and Experts

 

My website www.appstv.com.sg has Google Merchant Account Misrepresentation Suspension since early Nov. We found and fixed 15 items thanks to information provided by @EmmanuelFlossie and a consultant 

 

Although our site is new, we have sold quite a few items and have a dozen google reviews. We did not link our social media sites as they are still new. 

 

Is there anything else that could have been missed out before we submit for review?

I recommend adding your availability status on the product landing page, show if its in or out of stock.

 

Your checkout is missing a contact link.

Hi Emanuel our review was not successful

 

We implemented stock levels and added contact link to checkout as advised.

 

After the review we realized the shipping policy timezone did not match - we fixed this. Photos were on a black background so we switched to white. 

 

We do not know where else we could have missed out - perhaps social media site links and google review display?

 

We have social media sites i.e. Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram but we did not link them to the site and Google business profile, must we link them or is it optional?

I recommend step by step, check all the policies and compare them against your website and business.

As you already know Google does not share specifics, so the best way to move forward is checking the links you already posted.
