Hi Shopify Community,

I'm currently managing the Shopify store, and we’re expanding our sales into the U.S. through Google Merchant Center.

Unfortunately, our Merchant Center account is facing two critical disapprovals that are preventing our products from being shown in the U.S.:

1. Misrepresentation (False or Misleading Claims)

2. Landing Page Not Working

We’ve already reviewed:

• All product pages (they load correctly, have prices, and are functional)

• Our store policies (shipping, returns, privacy, terms of service – all are present and accessible in the footer)

• Business transparency (we’ve added contact information and brand details)

• Mobile and desktop performance (pages load properly in the U.S. when tested via VPN and tools like GeoPeeker)

Despite these checks, we still can’t identify the root cause of the issues. We’ve submitted a review, but the account remains disapproved.

We would really appreciate any insights or guidance on what could be triggering these violations, or if others have experienced and solved similar problems.

For landing page not working, what have you used / tested to check if the landing page works? Maybe the tests you are doing, are not sufficiant.

For misrepresentation, what have you fixed / improved?

Most cases this is due to missing policies, template images, non original content.
