Google Merchant Center - WHOLESALE CURRENCY (UNSUPPORTED SHOPPING CONTENT)

We have around 800 products that are not displayed due to an alleged currency violation. We are rewards sellers, mostly gift cards from major brands, and we have our own Shopify products, such as gift boxes and gift cards from our brand, Accolad. The Google Merchant center mentions this:

Your Merchant Center account is in violation of the following policies:

Unsupported Shopping content (Currency)

WHOLESALE CURRENCY (UNSUPPORTED SHOPPING CONTENT)

Currency

Google doesn’t allow the promotion of the following:
– Mediums of exchange that are reliant on variable currency market values to determine price, including discounted currencies, currency exchanges, or currency backed by precious materials.
– Products related to finance management, financial assets, investments, securities, or insurances;
– Pre-paid gift cards branded by a credit card issuer for use wherever that brand is accepted.

After multiple revisions we always arrive at the same result (failure) even though thousands of similar products are displayed on the web.

Do you have any ideas or tips for fixing this?

In my opinion based on my experience, don't expect to get approved.

Even if you get approved, don't expect much performance.

Gift cards, are allowed, here is an example, when it is allowed, if you the merchant are selling a clothing line, then offer a gift card.

What is mostly not allowed, if your main business, is just selling gift cards.

Instead of shopping ads, instead use text advertising in Google Ads. Which does not require the same level of policies.
