Google Merchant Error - 'Unable to view store on desktop'

Hi! Can someone please help me with this. I keep getting this Google Merchant Centre Error - 'Unable to view store on desktop' and 'Unable to view store on mobile'. But I can't figure out how to fix the errors on my products because the URL's look fine to me.

If these issues happen to a few random products, then it should autoresolve in a week or so.

If the number of issues increases every day, then there is an issue, and I would suggest first looking at the robots.txt file and make sure to follow: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/14526475?hl=en

Hi!
Thanks for your response. I already looked at the Robots, txt file and
added the Googlebot fix as suggested on Google merchant centre. I have been
receiving these errors for about three weeks now.

if its the same products, consider checking with different ip's, browsers, computers to see if you can find an issue.

Hi! Excuse the delay. I have gone through each product yesterday and today and individually re-loaded their URL's onto Google merchant centre. Will see if that worked. Thanks!

Hi!
Copying and pasting the direct URL links into merchant center for each product seemed to have fixed more than half of the products that were not visible on mobile or desktop. Give it a try.
