All things Shopify and commerce
Looking for some Advice, been dealing with misrepresentation after getting our shopify up and running. After reading and researching a lot of information here and other places, I have gone back and fixed what was wrong. Still the suspension has remained after asking for a few reviews after thinking I figured out the problem each time. Now I may be missing something on the site, but I do not believe our problem is there at this point. If anything, it may be within the product feed which I am still working on refining. Still if anyone is willing to take a look at the site any help is welcome.

Other possible problems
Our shopify is for a business that has a brick-and-mortar site as a trailer dealer. We do have a separate website which we use to show trailer inventory and information about the business. You cannot purchase anything on the main company website. I am wondering if this may be part of our problem. As google may see our shopify as a copy of our main business. Also to note of why we didn't just use the main website it is not currently setup to handle sales. Only Listings about our trailer inventory. So, we created this shopify for our parts side of the business as this is already something that is somewhat separated within the brick-and-mortar business anyways. I have read that having multiple sites can cause suspensions, but I was not sure if that referred to multiple selling sites or just multiple sites in general, if this is for sure a problem would it be an option to create an advanced account within google merchant to remedy with this or what is the best option. Currently it is not an option to shut down the main website to make only one website.
Any advice is much appreciated Thank you!

Hello Jesse, yes you may be right about Google thinking, your a second site is pretending to be the main site. I would recommend merging them together, or better yet, use the original first website only. In your case it could be the reason that Google thinks the second site is immitating.
Having multiple sites is always an issue.
The address seems to be associated to rodoc.com If this is the second site, then yes this will be one of the issues.

Based on what you said, yes that would be fine. And by merging I meant, have 1 website URL.

If we can connect the shopify as a subdomain to the main site would this be what you mean by merging the two sites? We would than run a merchant center for the root domain I assume and then just API in the product feed? just want to double check I understand what you mean when you said merge. As I believe that may be our best option even if it is not the better option.

What do you recommend we do with the merchant center. We may be moving forward with combining the sites but this will take time so my thought is to unconnect everything from google merchant center since so much info will be changing, and either completely delete the merchant center and create a new one when we have everything combined together and setup right. Or just leave the merchant with nothing connected until we get everything done and then reconnect the new information and try to ask for a review than. I just hope if it is better to keep this account, we haven't basically made it impossible to recover even if all the info is corrected. Also thank you very much for the help!
Please note that disconnecting, deleting accounts will not make Google forget about the actions taken. In fact in most cases will make things worse.
Only delete the extra accounts you created, if the first original GMC account is the correct active account. Then yes delete anything extra you created, and only use the original first account only.
