If you sold the other company, and some of your data is still in the account and or website, then setting up a new website and account will be seen as abuse of ad network, and most likely the reason for suspension.
I recommend you double check that non of your info is still on the old website, accounts, etc.
Also note that selling accounts is not allowed, so make sure that you have kept your own ads and merchant center accounts.
If yes, then use your original accounts for the new website. Not creating new accounts.
Hello
I have terminated my old google accounts so I only have this one going, I am still getting the same issues, yes we are a drop shipping company but that didn't cause issues before with our old google account and old business.
Im now at a lost cause to this and its very frustrating when google can't just pin point the actual issue
I know, it's actually done for a good reason, so that bad actors can't abuse the system, when they know how to fix issues. This means honest merchants get tangled in the net when they do something they don't know can cause issues.
I understand why they do it as it does prevent scammers and people trying to make a quick buck, what can you suggest I do now?
The only way I know how, is by checking and re-checking the policies, see what potentially are the reasons, and fix them. It's a big process, so I recommend checking the below policies:

Hi Emmanuel,
Thank you so much for all your posts. I've used many of them to improve my site in an attempt to get approved for Merchant Center. After spending over 70 hours on Google Merchant, reading your posts, reviewing policies multiple times, and getting Incepted into tutorials within tutorials within tutorials, I finally hit a wall. I spoke to a Google representative today, but unfortunately, he wasn't very helpful. He suggested that the misrepresentation issues and disapproved products are due to my domain name ending in ".club" (https://birdclub.club). He couldn't specify which domain endings are allowed or provide further details. He just recommended switching to .com or .org, but he didn't sound confident.
I asked him to review the rest of my Shopify site, and he confirmed everything else looked good. When I inquired about the best way to fix the issue, he advised me to ask my developer. I explained that I am the developer and didn't have the answer, but he had no further suggestions.
So, my question to you is: Can I switch the domain I use for Merchant Center to my Shopify domain, https://birdclub-club.myshopify.com? I suspect this might not resolve the issue since site links are created using my primary domain in Shopify (currently birdclub.club). Do you know of any other solutions? Or should I just switch my primary domain to https://birdclub-club.myshopify.com and have birdclub.club redirect there?
Thank you for your help!
