Google Merchant Suspension Woes

Hello,

 

This gets asked a lot and I know there isn't one answer.

However, I am hoping to get some additional eyes on the problem.

 

For several weeks I have been trying to get my Google Merchant account unsuspended without any luck.

I get the exact same feedback each time.

I've combed through the policies and made several changes along the way.

However, the response every time is exactly the same.

The violations per Google,

 

  • Review the domain name you entered in Google Merchant Center to make sure it's accurate.
  • Make sure there are no broken links on your website.
  • Make sure there are no placeholder images or text on your website.
  • Make sure that the product details and categories on your website match those in your product data.
  • Make sure that the information on your website is complete and specific to your store and products. For example, your return and/or refund page must be accurate and specific to your business, and not just a generic page.
  • Make sure that your website contains complete and reliable information about your business.
  • Make sure that you maintain a verified phone number and business address on your website.

This is an accepted solution.

I would for now, yes. However, if you sell the item uncusomized, and you only provide customization as an option. Then you can keep these products active.

It looks like you are a printing business. Generally if you are POD (print on demand), and unless you have thousands of reviews, you will not get approved because products need to be in stock, in it's finished form.

Some of my items are custom made to order.

But I do not sync those to Merchant Center product feed.

The rest I make in batches and physically have on hand.

 

Should I remove the customizable products all together?

Since I'm in another "cool down" period, I've got a week to make adjustments 😅
