Google Search Console Issue: "Video is not the main content of the page"

Hello,
I recently uploaded a video inside a product page, the goal of that video is just to describe the product in details and they way it's produced, the product page is already indexed, but on Google Search Console the video isn't indexed, and the issue says "Video is not the main content of the page". Is it something that I need to consider and do something about it, or just ignore it.
Thank you,

Hi Ayoub,

I hope everything is going well for you.

I understand that you are having trouble getting the product description video to appear in the product page's index. To help me better assist you, could you please let me know if you have added the video to the description or in the metafield and share the store's URL?

I used the video section in the theme, and I uploaded the video from my laptop.

I appreciate you providing the details @Ayoub29 .I examined the details that you provided, and after assessing it, I think you are uploading a video link with a CDN, such as https://shopenasupply.com, rather than a CDN link upload the video link from your website in the video player something like https://shopenasupply.com/yourvideo.mp4.

I don't quite know how to do that. I noticed that the URL link of the video includes a CDN, but how can it be changed to "https://domain.com/yourvideo.mp4." ?

I suspect that hosting or serving video material from your own domain is not something that Shopify directly permits.Shopify uses their own CDN (Content Delivery Network) to host and serve video files.

However, if you'd need more control over hosting and delivering videos, there are solutions you can explore:

  1. Third-Party Video Hosting: You have the option of using YouTube, Vimeo, or Wistia as third-party video hosting platforms for your videos. Next, use the provided embed code to add the videos to your Shopify store. You will have more control over the videos' hosting and serving methods in this way.
  2. Custom Sections: You can create custom sections or themes that let you integrate videos from your own domain But this calls for technological expertise, so it might not be within everyone's reach.
  3. App Integration: Shopify apps that support custom domains and provide video hosting services may be found in the Shopify App Store. You can look through these apps to determine if they fit your needs.

I just checked on Google SERPs for my URL, and I found that the video inside the product page is visible, so even though it appears as an issue on GSC, it's just something to not pay attention to.

Thank you for your time and assistance.
