Google Shopping Suspension

Hello folks. I'm hoping some can shed some insight as to why I'm having trouble getting my shopify store (www.zubaplants.com) listed on google shopping/merchant center? The integration was working for about a week. However, I'm now receiving the following problem. "Website or online store needs improvement" (photo below)

The store in question (www.zubaplants.com) is a small online plant nursery. All of my products are custom grown by me in a greenhouse. Here is an example of my product inventory and associated merchant center values

I've tried to look over the site and the list of criteria that my site is getting flagged under numerous times, but I'm having a very difficult time understanding what might be wrong? 

 

Would anyone be so kind as to give what I've got setup a look over and see if there is anything that might be causing my site problems with google merchant center?

Make sure to add your business details in the footer of all pages.

 

Add a contact form on your contact page.

 

The business address you use is associated with many other businesses. Google expects 1 address = 1 business.

 

Missing favicon

 

Missing availability (in or out of stock) on the product landing page

 

Your refund policy should be written by a professional legal expert.

 

Don't use @gmail.com instead use an email that matches your website.

Emmanuel, thank you for the suggestions. I've implemented the suggestions you provided and requested a re-review twice. However, I'm still having problems and still suspended. Any ideas on next steps that I can take?

The only way to find all possible issues is by checking the policies, then comparing against the website / business. That is what I would do:
