Google Tag Manager / and or Google & Youtube app for Analytics tracking... do they conflict?

I am trying to setup GTM via custom pixel which I believe is the correct way to install now, this is not without its issues!  However I have followed this tutorial:

However my GTM also has a GA4 tag, linked to analytics... although my store also has the Google & Youtube app installed.

My question is do GTM with GA4 and the Google and Youtube app conflict.  If so would I be best to remove the GA4 tag from GTM or remove the linking within the app.  I have little experience in this but wanted to find the best solution for analytics within shopify.

Any advice apprecaited.
