Got an email saying immediate action needed in my store

I got an email on my business mail address from shopifyregulatormailer@gmail.com with content mentioned below.

Dear Merchant,
We are notifying you that a recent review of your Shopify store has identified a violation of our Selling Standards and Terms of Service. To prevent any disruption to your store and maintain access to your account, immediate action is required.Respond to this email with the word "ASSIST" within 48 hours to initiate the necessary steps to resolve this issue and bring your store into compliance with our policies.Failure to respond within the given timeframe will result in the permanent closure of your store and the loss of all associated data, as outlined in our Terms of Service.We are here to assist you and ensure your store remains in good standing with Shopify. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.Best regards,

Please help me in validating if this author and mail is original or this is a try of phishing . Also let me know if in future which mails should I consider genuine from shopify and which to not like by particular domains on email.

@arreyneel It's a scam email, Shopify never contact you from @gmail domain
