Got question Box on Shopify Product page

Can someone help me on how can I add a question box on my product page like the one in picture? By code or by any app?

That is a great question! Since Shopify does not have a native option to add custom text to the product pages, it may be best to use a third-party application that assists you with this feature. Additionally, you could potentially make a change to the product page coding to have this available. I came across to finding a third-party application like Infinite Options that can allow you to add a custom text box to the product page.
