Hamburger Menu in Stiletto Theme Mobile App Not Working

Hi!  I'm hoping that there is someone who can help me figure out why the hamburger menu is not working on the mobile app for my store.  I'm using the Stiletto theme and reached out to their helpdesk yesterday but after 24 hours, I still haven't received a reply. 

Everything looks fine when I go to the website, I see the same graphics that I see when working from my laptop but when I press the hamburger menu, I can see the outline for my website but the screen is blank, if that makes sense?  So it's not going away completely but at the same time it's not retrieving ANYthing.  I have to backspace to go back to my homepage.  You can press on links within the graphics on my homepage but it's like my entire navigation menu is not accessible.  I can understand now why my mobile conversions have been so low.  

Has anyone else experience similar issues?

I was unable to find an acceptable solution to this issue and because of a lot of other little glitches we were experiencing with Stiletto Theme that were beyond my technical experience to solve, we've gone back to the Dawn Theme.  Since we did actually purchase Stiletto, maybe someday I'll have the time to try to figure out why I couldn't get it to work OR I'll make enough money to justify hiring a website developer, but for now, this is working out best for us.  Thank you to all who responded.
