I'm an entrepreneur and just started working on a new project looking into the challenge of building, maintaining, and managing really effective customer service teams and am searching for some leaders to interview about their experience.

A little about me -- I was part of the original team at fast growing US-based startup and helped the company grow to over a million customers as the leader for operations. I have a serious passion for customer experience and am hopeful that my next adventure is a product that helps enable entrepreneurs to deliver great service to their customers -- something I wish I had back in 2010 when I was starting out!
