Thanks for bringing this phishing email to our attention. Have you clicked any links within the email, and/or entered any of your account information at any time?
If you have, please promptly open a ticket with our Support Team in the Help Center by logging in, selecting your shop, searching a topic, and clicking 'Continue' at the bottom of the page.
This will redirect you to our available support channels where you'll be able to connect with a Support Advisor to let them know that you've received a phishing email and were advised to have your ticket escalated as necessary.
If you haven't clicked any links within the email, nor entered any of your account information at any time, we ask that you forward the original email headers over to our Safety Team at safety@shopify.com. Please keep the email subject as is - do not change it.
In either case, we also recommend you consider enabling two-step authentication if you haven't already to facilitate a more secure login process.
