Has anyone else experienced poor service from Kaycee Agricola of Embellished Interiors?

Terrible business practices of Kaycee Agricola of Embellished Interiors. I attempted to purchase something from her on Etsy.  She redirected me to her Shopify store.  I purchased a pillow and insert.  I sent her numerous messages about the status of the purchase.  She continued to say it was being made and would be delivered before Christmas.  She sent me a confirmation and a fake tracking slip from Fed Ex.  I continued to question the delivery after the delivery date passed and the item was not delivered.  She lied then and claimed her assistant did it because our names were similar.  Our name is Hromika, and no one has a similar name.  So when I exposed her and the lies I was being told, she claims she has refunded my money.  So now it is December 22 and I have no gift to give.  Just a horrible businessperson.
