hashtag and numbers added to my blog URL

In Google Search Console, my blog shows up with an additional # and a string of numbers. Google Console shows this URL is getting thousands of impressions but no clicks. However, the blog without the hashtag and numbers is getting traffic. Where did this additional URL come from?
