Have positive inventory, item not showing as "in stock"

Hello!

We have both a website and POS for our store. We are only fulfilling web orders from our warehouse "location" and do not have any of the POS locations set up for fulfillment. However, when the web displays what we have in stock, it takes into consideration what is in stock company-wide (not just what's available at our warehouse). 

I can have 9 of an item at the warehouse, but negative 9 at a POS location, and it will show that company-wide there is 0 stock and will take that size off the website. 

Is there a way to have the website show only what stock is available at the warehouse and to ignore company-wide stock?
