havent gotten my refund

long story short, i made a purchase from a store powered by shopify, after like 6 months of purchase date the owner of the store refunded me, its been 3 months and i havent gotten my money back. the product was truly refunded, so i contacted my bank asking why i havent gotten it, they said they cant do anything and i need to contact shopify. im absolutely disgusted with this and there is no way of contacting shopify support. great way to lose alot of money…
