Having issues reporting a scam

I was reporting a store for scamming me, and then in the last part it requested me to enter my name so it act as a electronic signature, i perfectly wrote my name but it doesn't work and says: "Signature must match your name".
has anyone also had this problem?. i need help so i can report the scammers.
