I’m trying to translate the header and footer of my website, but it seems that these sections cannot be updated. Additionally, there are other parts of the site that don’t appear to change even when I update the language settings. Could this be a limitation of my theme, or is there another way to make these changes?

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Hi @Anas33 for navigation use the shopify translate and adapt app

https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/international/languages/translate

For theme based image based content see this post on using translating media using translate and adapt app.

https://community.shopify.com/c/international-commerce/tips-from-the-team-translating-images-and-oth...

This does mean you Literally must edit/remake that image in the desired languages , the free app doesn't manipulate media itself.

Or also use store-contextualization with markets

 https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/themes/customizing-themes/store-contextualization

Sometimes depending on theme upgrades or advanced customizations may be needed.
