Header version 2.O

i want to make a new header component let's name header V2 in my shopify in which i want the header exactly like a old header. But i want to add some new features in that in which desktop position should be logo-left menu center, logo center-menu below, etc. atleast 6 styling for the desktop position navigation. Apart from this I want search bar in the modern style like in search bar have some border-radius of 45px and also add these styling like color scheme, menu color scheme, menu, mega menu, sticky header, seperator line, margin padding range also , language selector, country region selector, Logo size range, cart icon enable disable option , also do the same thing for the mobile layout also. I just want that user can choose header 1 or header 2 according to there need. and Make sure header logo style should be flex-start , menu links in the center and the cart icon should be flex-end.

After giving this prompt I got the code and added in my local vs code but I can't see any changes in my shopify editor I don't even see the Header V2 in my editor can somebody please help me? Is making different header version doesn't align with the Shopify guidelines? I have created header-v2.liquid and then add if else condition in theme.liquid and also added code in the settings_scehma.json. Someone please reply me
