My Website is https://blumilo.store/ and I am reviewing it over and over but i cannot figure out why is it continously getting misrepresntation violation feedback on google merchant center
I have stripped my site from everything that could cause a problem and fixed all the policy and SEO issues and still having this problem
My only concern is that i have some imported reviews from the supplier to some of my products, could this be the reason? did anyone face this similiar issue?
Some help will also be highly appreciated since actually i have reached a state with merchant center that they are no longer allowing me to request further reviews , so i am completely stuck

As of october 2024, Google seems to signal they are permantely banning users, without saying it. Meaning, if you have reached the final request, there is no option to request another review. It's very harsh, but I believe it is done, because a lot of merchants just request a review without making any changes, which causes a big back log of re-requests.
But it's early days, I don't know yet what is happening. maybe in a month you can try again, I don't know.
I recommend you add your contact details in the footer of all pages (business name, email, phone, business address, business hours)
I recommend you add a contact form on your contact page.
Ad a refund address on yoru refunds page.
Your showing 5 stars, on a product that does not have any reviews, that is misleading.

just to follow up on the second part of the question. what could be done to re-enable another review from google. i believe that unfortunately i have tried it too many times and now the request review button is no longer visible and it is not allowing me to refute misrepresntation decision any more on my google merchant account. And i tried to contact them a few times they just send a link to what to do for misrepresentation and not to reopen it.
