Dear Shopify Support Team,
I am reaching out to you with a very urgent and important matter that requires your immediate attention. We recently received an email from your team regarding a user on our account who was flagged for having the same name as someone on a sanctions watchlist. However, this individual is no longer employed by our organization. Given this situation, we are unsure of how to proceed, especially with the notice mentioning potential account suspension if we do not provide the requested ID within five days.
Could you please advise us on the best way to resolve this issue? Would it be possible to simply remove access for this person since they are no longer associated with our company? We are very concerned about maintaining uninterrupted access to our account and would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter as quickly as possible.
