Just a few hours ago, I visited the Shopify Help Center page for support for an issue I was facing in my store. Turns out the support chat doesn't work. The reset chat button is nonfunctional, and I cannot chat to start a new conversation. Even the chatbot takes forever to reply. Getting support from a human seems impossible as of now.
I observed some UI changes in the page, and also no access to the support chat history. The articles and resources have been replaced by a search bar, which, upon entering a query, doesn't respond and takes forever to load. Is anyone experiencing the same? No email or phone number exists for contact.
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated!

@oligarch You're not alone Shopify recently updated their Help Center UI, and many users are facing the same issues with broken chat, slow bot replies, and missing support history. Try clearing your browser cache or using incognito mode, and visit help.shopify.com/en/questions directly. Shopify no longer offers email or phone support for most plans, so your best bet is the Help Center or posting in the Shopify Community for assistance.

I am aware of this contact page; unfortunately, it is not helpful as it only has two links. One leads to the Help center, which is non-functional, and the other is the Shopify community, through which I arrived at this forum to express the issue.
The other links are related to connecting with experts and Shopify Plus support, which is irrelevant to me.
I require support for accounts and payments, for which I need assistance from a Shopify representative.
