Help Changing Return Address Name On Shipping Label

Hello, I need help changing the name on my return address labels.  It has CARDS & COINS in the name, and I feel that makes it a target for theft.  I would like to change that to C&C

I have tried so many things.  I DO NOT NEED TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS, just the name! Just in case that suggestion comes up.

Did you figure out how to change your name? I'm in the same boat. My store name has "gold" in it!

This is one of the reasons I use PirateShip for shipping. They allow you to do this. My store name has "jewelry" in its name, and I did not want that on the return label. PirateShip makes it easy to change.

Hi everyone!

If you are using Shopify Shipping then the name that shows on the shipping label is the same name that is setup for the business under "Settings > Store Details > Business Name". If you would like to change the customer facing name for your business, you can do so there.

I have the same problem and it's why I am searching here for an answer. The Shopify reply does not solve the issue. My business name has "Jewelry" in it - and of course I want my correct biz name to show everywhere else. I only want to change it on the shipping label. 

This seems like a common issue - is Shopify going to provide a way for us to set this in Shipping Settings? I don't know why it is not a part of the address we set in our Shipping Settings? This seems like a simple fix to an important problem. 

Any comment about this from Shopify?

Same problem “Gold and Diamonds” in my company name so jewlers block insurance won’t cover lost packages if the address references valuables.

Hi folks,

I wanted to post here again for others who have this issue.

Because of another Shopify problem (not being able to create shipping labels without having an order), I needed to find another shipping solution. I am now using Shippo - which is 100% FREE. They do not charge any added fee unless you connect your own carrier account. I don't need to do that since they have USPS, which I use 99% of the time.

The added plus is that you can also solve THIS issue of changing your company name or whatever else you want on your shipping label! Great!! Since "Jewelry" is part of my company name, I really needed this solution. 

I remembered this thread and wanted to circle back and let others know about Shippo. I just started using their solution and just made my first two NON-order based shipping labels, where I also changed the name and address on the labels. A win for both of my problems!!

Shopify - your reply does not solve the problem we are all asking about.  Our stores are mostly jewelry shops, containing "jewelry" in the name.  We don't want to change our online store name, just make our packages less of a target for theft!

Thank you but this does not solve my problem - I do NOT want "jewelry" sated on my shipping label. Being that Shopify is a paid service I feel that this is a problem you need to fix. I want my website  name to say jewelry, I just do not want my labels to say it.

Trust me, shopify DOES NOT CARE.  They don't care.
