Help chat sessions

I was working in my chatbot with a live rep on an issue. all of a sudden screen changed to an error page saying, "There's a problem loading this page" " a technical problem with Shopify help center prevented this page from loading... and so on.

I have already cleared ALL cookies and every other thing I can. I reopened in a new browser and even on my mobile. Issue still there. Every time I attempt to engage chatbot now even if I try to start new, keeps going immediately back to that error page?

How am I supposed to fix my issue when those who I rely on cannot fix their own?

Any suggestions?
