Help creating a subscription only digital access, firewalled store.

I am trying to create a digital all access pass to specific subscribers.  I use Seal Subscription for our current subscription management,  Digital Downloads & File Flare for digital delivery.  We are on the Shopify Plus Plan.  I need help creating the following solution:

- Subscription delivers monthly craft paper package plus (x) number of credits

- Subscriber is given access to a private subscriber only area of the website with digital products

- Subscriber can use credits to download digital products Credits rollover until the subscriber cancels, in which time they would loose their credits..

- Subscriber area Log In searchable database of digital products based upon style, colors, use, holiday etc.

- Credits used to "purchase" downloads People outside the firewall can see the products but cannot purchase without a membership. or maybe can purchase some items (not all)

Any help in solutioning this would be most helpful.
