I have been locked out of my Shopify account for almost a month with the support team saying 'our accounts team will contact you' but nothing has happened & they just ask for the ticket number over & over on the live chat, it goes around in circles!! They are also holding funds from a sale from December 2023.
How can Shopify not have a contact number to speak to an actual person to fix the problem.
