Has anyone else experienced a slow down, if not a complete stop, in sales through the Facebook sales channel? It seems to have occurred in late August. If you have experienced this, have you figured out why? I have checked everything I know to check and all indications are that my Facebook shop is running and healthy. TIA
I tried to visit the website link that you have provided here, and got an ‘Error 402: Access Denied’ error message.
This indicates that the Shopify store is currently frozen, as the store administrator has not paid the outstanding account balance to bring it back online. Maybe that’s the reason why you’re not getting any conversions, as the customers are not able to access your website and its content.
Paying the outstanding balance may help you resolve the issue, and if you’re sure that there is no dues from your end, then contact Shopify for further assistance, as there is a possibility that this could be Shopify server issue.
Thanks for the response, but this simply means you are not in the U.S. or Canada. I do not ship outside those countries so I have them blocked for security purposes. Further, my concern is about my Facebook Shop, not my website. Appreciate the feedback though!
