Help for person with a brain injury

I have a brain injury with interfers with comprehending what I am reading.  It becomes extremely painful if I have to read and comprehend words.  I also struggle with typing due to the limitation of my brain.  Shopify help center is unable to recognize this and give me a call.  They continue to write me and after several sentences I am unalbe to comprehend it...can someone help me?

Shopify's support can sometimes be rigid, but you might have better luck reaching out via their live chat or asking a trusted friend to assist with communication. Another option is using text-to-speech (TTS) tools to read their responses aloud, which might reduce the strain of reading.
