Help! I need to reposition 'Transtore ‑ Language Translate' app in my header section of Empire Theme

I have used different code variations, tried to change the code in header liquid, in custom css of the header, cstom css of the theme, and also theme.liquid. but the problem remains the same. Can someone please help me sort this out? Thank you

The code I have been working with is this. This I have tried to paste in theme.liquid head section as well as body section but it doesn't work

I'm not formally trained in code to provide you with an exact solution to move the language translate section. However, I'm confident one of our Shopify experts would be able to accomplish this at a reasonable price.
