Help me pls with Tiktok ads

My tiktok ads are suddenly so underperforming... When i had Canada and USA as my target locations i had great numbers like ctr 20% and 0.05 cost per link click but no one was buying and i found out that tiktok shop in Canada doesnt work... So i Made new ad groups and changed location only to USA but suddenly no one is clicking on my website.... And my numbers are just horrible and like from 47 ppl only 1 clicked to get to my website...
