I'm having trouble finding someone to talk to in customer service about charges I am getting after my shopify store was closed. Whenever I try to log into my account to see why I am still getting charged on my credit card it wont let me in. I have even tried to find a chat box or AI team to answer my questions but they just run me in circles and I get nowhere.
Do I first need to re-activate my store in order for someone to help me figure out why I am being charged? If so, how can I do that if it won't let me into the site to re-activate? There are no customer service numbers I can try, not even an email.
