I am exploring building a Shopify theme and listing it on the Shopify Theme Store. I’d love to get your insights on the following questions:

1. Listing Fees:

   • Is there a listing fee for submitting themes to the Shopify Theme Store?
   • If yes, is it a one-time fee or an annual charge?

2. Getting Started:

   • Should I start from scratch when building the theme, or can I customize a free theme like Dawn as a base?
   • Are there specific guidelines for using free themes as a starting point?

3. Dummy Content Rules:

   • What are the rules or best practices for using dummy content in a theme submission?

4. Theme Review Process:

   • If the review process highlights required updates, how much time is provided to resolve them?
   • What steps should I take if the theme gets completely rejected?
