Help needed with domain verification. AI support not helpful!

I have domain verification/connection errors on my shopify account. Errors point to domain provider who have advised they cannot address the issue at their end. DNS needs attention but I don't know how. Shopify AI support not helpful.

Ask the chatbot for a 'shopify advisor' , 'support advisor', 'human' etc etc to trigger automations to get to an actual person.

Generally the will only be able to help you if Shopify is your domain name provider or the issue you have is something shopify is actually responsible for or recognizes as an error.
