Help Needed

Hi everyone,

I have been chasing my tail for about a year now and although I am getting quite a lot of folks visiting the store, I am struggling with conversions. 1 sale in 6 Months is all I have managed. The site looked fairly reasonable even though I am still working on the menu and am in the middle of cleaning up the collections I Could do with some solid direction and advice as I am not sure which way to go next. My Niche is clothing and apparel and my target audience would be fairly
broad since clothing would appeal to a wide range but generally around the
18- 45 group
last 30 days recorded 4.5K but using a company called Ad Intent which
directs non-targeted traffic which is probably why i haven't had any sales.
SEO is run by Cryptical Web Studio which is a Shopify Partner..have been
using them since August.
At the moment I have a 20 % off sale with some products up to 50%
Im not charging any shipping fees
There is a sticky feedback form but only had one response so far
Also using Judge.Me for my reviews which have been working well.

Im keen to understand where my opportunities for improvement may lie.
As I don't think that I am far off the mark but marketing is not my strong
point.
I have used TikTok and Facebook in the past and have access to AI
technologies but haven't had much success so hoping that you can give me a
few pointers.
