Help our Header logo color is not changing When Scroll and Hover.

Hello dear friends,

This used to work before put somthing has happend, since we addad an countdown app. =(

Like I had before was that the header to be invisible (with a white logo when i'm at the top of  the page), but when i hover on it or scroll down, the header logo and header text change color from white to the brownish.
