Hi

Due to a minor disagreement which has led to rude and unprofessional behaviour I wanted to sack my marketing agency who were running my shopify. Even though we had no contract I even gave them 3 months notice. However they came back wanting unrealistic and even stupid amounts of money and as I didn’t reply to their email as I felt I needed to seek legal advice within hours they blocked me out of the back page.

this is our busiest time of year and it’s been a hard few years so we desperately need to fulfil any orders but we cannot get in. My legal team are contacting them as I’m told what they are doing is almost fraudulent but in the meantime I’m losing business and possible reputation.

can shopify reopen permission for me? I own the company, brand, assets 100% and pay all shopify costs .

thanks in advance

Thanks this wasn’t helpful. The chat just told me to make sure I had my paperwork ready with my legal team. This could mean we are without our shop for days or even weeks. Surely if I prove I am the owner shopify can let me in to my own store!?
