HELP! Store Filter Issue. Small Problem, But No Answers After Hours Of Work

Debut Theme- Shopify. I have one product in the shop page with a failure in the filter so it can't be searched.  It is defaulting to the full shop category. All other products work well, though product tags should be cleaned up. Question- Should the product show up automatically because it is part of the collection in the body of the website or do I need to give it a separate Shop tag? Does the filter category name have to exactly match the product category name to work? (I abbreviated to filter category name on the shop to save space). What is the right structure of the tag  to get this product to show up in filter? The Shop title is "oboe reeds". The product category is "Premium Oboe Cane". The category is listed on the shop as "Oboe Cane" and the product is "Oboe Tube Cane".  How should I document this in the Premium Oboe Cane collection list?

 

Many thanks.  I have spent hours trying to solve this problem and have gotten nowhere.
