[HELP] Visitors Not Tracked By Shopify System !

Hello,

For the past week, I have been experiencing an issue with the Shopify visitor counter. It seems that all visitors are not being counted on the dashboard, as well as in live mode. Despite having 200 clicks per day on my Tiktok campaign, there is no record of these clicks on my Shopify dashboard. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem before?
