All things Shopify and commerce
Hi
I have an issue I need help with.
There are two ways to check out from the web shop.
1. Click the slide out cart and choose VIEW CART
2. Click the slide out cart and choose CHECK OUT
When you click slide out and choose view cart this will lead you to a page where you (obviously) can view the cart and to be able to move to the next step (place the order) you HAVE to click an agree button (for policies).
When you click the slide out cart and skip the view cart way and directly click CHECK OUT you will be re directed to Shopifys fast check out page (by other words not the same page as when you click “view cart”. Once here, you can place an order WITHOUT clicking any agree to policy button.
Hence my issue! I don’t want customers to be able to place an order without clicking an agree button/read policies. So, is the solution to:
A. Somehow remove a fast check out button/possibility so the slide out cart ONLY show the option to “view cart” and therefor customer will only be able to place an order by viewing their cart first.
OR
B. Add some kind of agree button/policy thing also on the fast check out page?
PLEASE, any help appreciated!
