Help with Creating a Splash Screen on Homepage - Dawn Theme

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to create a splash screen effect for my *homepage only, like the one on GOAT.com. I want to display my logo briefly before the page fully loads. The logo should start large, shrink down, and disappear, revealing the rest of the website.

I’m using the Shopify Dawn theme, and I’m not sure where to add the code for this effect. Could anyone help me with:

1. Which files to edit (HTML, CSS, JS)?

2. How to upload and reference the logo image?

3. The code to make this animation work?
