Hi, 

 

I just received an order for 3 items which will ship from 3 locations.  If I add multiple tracking numbers and fulfill the entire order, the customer will get 1 email with three tracking numbers but will not know which product is for which tracker.  

If I partially fulfill each item and then associate a tracking number for each, the customer gets three different emails.  

Is there any way to associate a tracking number with a specific product so that I can send just one email that includes each tracking number and the product that goes with it?  Or some other method to avoid bombarding my customer's email?

@ejanko did you ever manage to solve this, even with API? I would love to do the same thing. Associate a different tracking number to each different unit, but have the customer receive only one email. 

If that's not possible, I wonder if anybody knows a way to add multiple tracking numbers to 1 fulfilment using the API so that the customer only receives 1 email (even though in this case they will not be able to determine which units correspond to which tracking numbers)
